Amazing location and great value for money. Stayed here twice, once in March and once in May. Private rooms were spacious and clean. Convenient kitchen facility. Despite a noisy neighbor, the staff handled the situation well and even upgraded us on our return trip. I highly recommend this hotel.

A classic old place....Nice location near town..walking to main part of Banff was easy..Seemed to be a Hostel type atmosphere related to younger people on a tighter budget. Not a luxury hotel, no TV, but very good for budget minded outdoor oriented travelers.

No problem of cancellation of my stay
Rooms clean but in non-modern condition. No frame on window. Carpet on window not able to move. Too much noise though walls both when people talk or close doors.

The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the area. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the nearby Bow Falls trail and Garden of Time Cascade. the rooms are tastefully decorated and offer picturesque views, with clean washrooms and fresh linen. the staff is helpful and friendly, providing quick service and courteous assistance.
The walls are thin, making it easy to disturb other guests and receive noise complaints.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the cafe for breakfast and enjoyed the coffee and the mushroom/swiss omlette made with love and served by friendly staff.
